The first photos of Alfa Romeo's new F1 car, running in a camouflage livery, have been published by the team.
Alfa Romeo conducted a private shakedown with the C42 at Fiorano on Tuesday, using up one of their two permitted annual filming days.
New signing Valtteri Bottas headed out in the cold, damp conditions to complete 100 kilometres of track running, but official photos from the session were not shared with the media until Friday.
Alfa Romeo will stage their car launch after the first F1 test
Alfa Romeo will be the last of the 10 F1 teams to launch their 2022 car, with the date set for 27 February – two days after the conclusion of the first pre-season test.
The team have confirmed that the C42 will run with an interim testing livery for the Barcelona session, prior to the official launch, which will showcase their full car design and colour scheme for the new campaign.
