Daniel Ricciardo may not have an F1 race seat for 2023, but the Australian managed to take centre stage in an altogether different way after heading Down Under for his home Grand Prix.
In a video for Australian telecommunications firm Optus, Ricciardo goes undercover as a sales representative in a downtown store, complete with oversize glasses and stick-on moustache.
The Red Bull reserve driver is fed lines to say by Australian comedians and radio hosts Ryan Fitzgerald and Michael Wipfli, with customers left bemused by Ricciardo's unusual responses to their queries.
