Williams explain why Albon's crash was triggered 'a few laps before'

Williams have offered an explanation into the circumstances surrounding Alex Albon's Australian Grand Prix crash, which denied the team a points haul.

Alex Albon's Australian Grand Prix crash was triggered by events "a few laps before" the incident occurred, according to Williams.

After a strong qualifying and start to the race, Albon crashed out at Turn 6, which caused the first red flag of the race.

Speaking in their race debrief video, Team Principal James Vowles believed that the crash was due to a chain reaction of events building up to that moment.
