Fernando Alonso has received a company car from Aston Martin, after joining the team on the 1st January.
The Spaniard has taken delivery of a $294,886 DBX 707, the car company's luxury SUV that has a four litre twin-turbo Mercedes V8 and boasts 700bhp with a top speed of 196mph.
Speaking on social media he said that "expectations were exceeded" before adding "dream car!"
Alonso has run with the team prior to 2023 at the Abu Dhabi post-season test, where he said that he felt "100 per-cent plus" after running in the car.
Team Principal, Mike Krack, also spoke about how having Alonso in the team "reignited a spark" at Aston Martin.
